Which actions and work give you meaning? Viktor Frankl, the founder of logotherapy said, “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of human freedoms-to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances to choose one’s own way”. In other words, what is required is the change in attitude to look at your work.

Ask yourself, are you degrading your own work?

Let’s do an exercise. Find out: What solutions does your work provide? Are these solutions helping to make this world a better place to live in? Are they helping/ helped at least one person other than you?
